Lettershanner are accreditated with Shropshire Council for the provision of support services to Adults with Mental Health disorders.
The Team at Lettershanner have trained and experienced staff in Mental Health Disorders and we recognise the importance of effective partnership between Health & Social key services and working with Mental Health Services to enable rehabilitation and recovery within the service users own home.

What we can do

Work with Mental Health Teams to prevent hospital admissions

Enable housing solutions by supporting the service user to obtain their own tenancy of a property that is appropriate to their needs both Physically and Mentally within the housing market from local authorities to housing associations, private landlords and help obtain housing benefit

Risk management within the community through levels of staffing and taking positive risks

Community based care plan with 1-1 support organised around the minimum or maximum hours to meet an individuals needs

Giving and supporting direction to access vocational courses and work placements

Managing Mental Health with : medication, support, Community Treatment Orders, Self care, relationships, self - esteem, work, budget planning, taking responsibility and social activities to improve and live a quality life.
Lettershanner can provide Adult Mental Health support to public and private sectors, tailored to the needs of the individual leaving hospital care after a long stay or family carers needing more support.
